Cleaning and Storage

PLEASE NOTE!
Before commencing the cleaning, note the safety instructions in the "Safety
Instructions" chapter!
The power tool must always be disconnected from the mains power when left unat-
tended and before cleaning it.
Never immerse the power tool, the mains adapter or the mains cable in water or other
liquids.
Prior to cleaning, ensure that the rotation direction changeover switch (4) is in the
middle position to prevent accidental start-up.
Do not use any cleaning agents or scouring sponges for cleaning. These can damage
the surface.
Do not use any worn bits.
Store the bits in the bit barrel (1) when they are not being used.
Keep the power tool, its ventilation slots and bits clean. Wipe it down with a slightly
damp, soft cloth if necessary and then dry it with a soft cloth.
Keep the power tool out of the reach of children and animals in a dry, clean, frost-free
place which is protected from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

If the power tool does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the
