Problem
Luminaire is not lit.
Luminaire does not
respond to inputs.
Several luminaires
switch or dim asyn-
chronously.
The connecting cable
is damaged.

Possible causes
Luminaire has not
been connected cor-
rectly.
LED module is defec-
tive.
Software function is
defective.
Luminaires are not
synchronised.
Mechanical impact on
the connecting cable.
Corrective action
X Check the connections, see
chapter 4.1 "Connecting the
luminaire" , page 31.
X Contact our service team.
X Switch off the fuse for a few
seconds.
X If the luminaire still doesn't
respond, contact our service
team.
X Synchronise the luminaires, see
section "Synchronising the lumi-
naires" , page 34.
X Disconnect a damaged connect-
ing cable immediately from the
power supply and have it replaced
by the manufacturer or by a skilled
electrician.
