¡ 140 g sugar
¡ 2 tsp lemon juice
¡ 150 g cream cheese
¡ 300 ml cold coffee
¡ 200 ml cream
¡ 80 g sugar
¡ 1 pinch salt
Cause and troubleshooting
The ice cream has attained the required firmness before the
time specified.
Set the rotary switch to
1.
Remove the ice cream maker.
2.
Transfer the prepared ice cream to a suitable container.

Paddle is overloaded or blocked.

Reduce the quantity of ingredients.

Remove the blockage.

Processing
¡ Pour the water onto the tea and leave
to steep for 10 minutes.
¡ Add the lemon juice and sugar and stir
until the sugar has completely dis-
solved.
¡ Allow the mixture to cool down to room
temperature.
¡ Add the cream cheese and mix with a
whisk.
¡ Turn the rotary switch to setting 1 and
pour the mixture into the ice cream
maker.
¡ Process for 30-40 minutes at setting 1.
¡ Mix all the ingredients until the sugar
has fully dissolved.
¡ Turn the rotary switch to setting 1 and
pour the mixture into the ice cream
maker.
¡ Process for 20-30 minutes at setting 1.
