V. Transport
Das Vulkanisiergerät wiegt ca. 33 kg und kann vom Bediener
getragen werden.
Gerät vor jedem Transport vom Netz trennen. Beim Transport
ist darauf zu achten, dass die Kabel nicht geknickt und/oder
gepresst werden.
Die Kabel dürfen nicht frei herunterhängen. Stolpergefahr!
Vulkanisiergerät vor Feuchtigkeit schützen.
Verbrennungsgefahr:
Die Heizplatten können noch heiß sein und dürfen nicht be-
rührt werden. Schutzhandschuhe tragen!
Vl. Montage
• T ischhalteklammer auf einem geeigneten Arbeitstisch mit
festem Stand oder auf Geräteständer (siehe Zubehör) fest-
schrauben.
• E instecklasche des Gerätes in die Tischhalteklammer ein-
setzen.
• O beres Zustellrohr mit Gewindespindel und Heizkörper von
unten in den oberen Führungskopf einführen und mit Steck-
stift sichern.
• U nteren Heizkörper in den unteren Führungskopf einsetzen.
• Z uleitungskabel der beiden Heizplatten in die Steckdosen
am Geräterahmen einstecken.

V. Transport
The vulcanizing machine weights approx. 33 kg. It can be
carried by the user.
Always disconnect the machine from the mains before
transporting it. Make sure that the cables are not twisted or
squashed during transport.
When carrying the machine, make sure that the cables do not
hang down loosely. Danger of stumbling.
Protect the vulcanizing machine from moisture.
Danger of burning!
The heating plates may still be hot. Do not touch them. Wear
protective gloves!
Vl. Mounting
• S crew the table support clamp to a suitable, well stabilized
work table or to the support stand (see accessories).
• I nsert the support bracket into the table support clamp.
• I ntroduce the upper pressure tube with the threaded spin-
dle and heating plate into the underside of the upper guide
block. Secure the tube with the locking pin.
• F it the lower heating plate into the lower guide block.
• C onnect both heating plate cables to the female electrical
sockets on the frame of the machine.
