1.6. Intended use
1.6.1. Allowed uses
The Harvester has been designed and built to be used in agriculture only for threshing and
harvesting olives.
When the Harvester work it guarantees the required level of safety even in the presence of an
insignificant malfunction of its components or hazardous operating conditions.
With reference to the above, the following are considered allowed uses:
- Use of the Harvester to thresh olives.
The Harvester must not be used for purposes other than those described in this manual.
1.6.2. Improper uses
The Harvester, due to its typical construction, may also be suitable for uses other than from
those foreseen by the manufacturer.
For this reason the Company has selected, as non exhaustive examples, a series of improper
uses that can be reasonably foreseen, which are:
- Use of the Harvester to intentionally break tree branches.
The uses listed above and those not specifically indicated in this manual, including reasonably
foreseeable improper uses, are peremptorily prohibited.
Company declines any and all liability for damages caused by the Harvester to persons,
animals or property, resulting from use other than that described in this manual, or due
to damage caused by negligence or by not observing the instructions contained in this
manual.
