1.3. Keeping the manual
The manual should be carefully stored in a suitable area to guarantee its physical integrity;
it should be easy to access by anyone authorised to consult it. The manual is an important
document that should accompany the Harvester and all users should be held responsible for
safeguarding it.
For additional information or clarifications regarding anything contained in this manual, or if the
manual deteriorates, is destroyed or lost, using the Harvester is prohibited and it is mandatory
to request a new manual as soon as possible exclusively through the Manufacturer Company:
The following manual is an integral part of the product and must be stored carefully, in
order that it keeps its integrity and can be consulted repeatedly throughout the entire
life of the Harvester.
The Harvester are manufactured to conform to the provisions contained in Directive 2006/42/
EC. It is therefore equipped with EC marking and accompanied by the following EC conformity
declaration.
1.4. Warranty
Company guarantees the equipment it manufactures for a period of 12 months from the
delivery date and this applies to the following conditions:
- The product was not damaged during transportation and supplied accessories were all intact
and present;
- If faulty parts are duly acknowledged by the supplier, and are replaced or repaired free of
charge;
- If the purchaser has respected the conditions on service of the same warranty.
Repairs or replacements are intended as being performed by the manufacturer. Transport costs
are solely borne by the purchaser.
The warranty does not apply to parts subject to normal wear. For parts, units and accessories
not built by us, the supplier's warranty applies, within the limits which can be obtained by the
Company.
When the product is delivered, it is necessary to check that the Harvester has not been
dam-aged during transportation and that the supplied accessories are intact and all
present.
Any complaint must be made within 8 days of the delivery date.
The purchaser can only exercise his rights under the warranty if he has fully respected the
warranty's conditions.
