Troubleshooting charger issues:
•
The red light does not work during charging: check that the connectors are properly
connected. Check if normal voltage is passed straight away, if this is the case, please check the
charger repair. If it is normal, this means the battery is likely to be defective.
•
The red light does not turn green: switch off the power supply after 5 seconds, then connect
it to the mains and it will continue to charge. The battery can no longer be charged, the battery
is probably faulty.
•
The red light immediately turns green: check that the battery is fully charged. If it is not, the
battery or charger is faulty.
