4. Install the Handle Valves
If utilizing rigid connections and the handle valves are already
installed, proceed to the "Install the Handle Trim" section.
Verify that a mounting nut is threaded all the way down each of
the valve bodies.
Slide a fiber washer, followed by a rubber washer, down one of
the valve bodies.
From the underside of the bath rim, insert the valve up through
the mounting hole. The valve marked COLD should be installed
to the right when facing the faucet.
From above the bath, slide the gasket onto the valve body.
Thread the escutcheon onto the valve body to secure.
Repeat for the other valve.
