Once both hangers are in place, use two people to lift the fixture to the
installed handing hardware . Be sure to hang from the center of the lance
hanger to ensure a balanced fixture . If using the Adjustable Hanger Kit,
hook the Gripple hooks on each lance hanger . Adjust the height on each
end until level by sliding the Gripple hook up or down along the cable . To
slide down, squeeze and hold the release mechanism on the sides of the
hook .
