5 Usage

5.1 Safety Information

WARNING!
– Only use the product on a flat surface and
indoors.
– Observe the specifications on the identification
label. Do not overload the product.
– Always perform a visual inspection of the
product for external damage before each use.
– Do not use a faulty product.
– Recharge the battery regularly.
– Always use the chest belt when transporting
a person.
– Close the chest belt when the product is not
use.
WARNING!
Risk of slipping and rolling
– Before use, make sure that the seat is securely
fastened to the seat frame.
– Lock all castors with levers using the foot levers
before sitting down on the product or standing
up from it, as well as in the parking position.

Risk of tipping
– Swivel the footrests to the side or fold up the
foot plates before sitting down or standing up.
– Before sitting down or standing up, turn the
front castors so that the lock is pointing
forwards.
– Never stand on the footrests.
– Never remove the spindle drives.
– Do not lean excessively forwards.
CAUTION!
Risk of burning your skin
The product components can heat up when
exposed to external sources of heat.
– Consider heated up surfaces when the product
is exposed to hot water.
– Do not expose the product to direct sunlight
before use.
Risk of Breaking Headrest
– The product must only be moved by using the
handle on the backrest, never the headrest.
Risk of Damage
– Do not lift the product using the footrests,
armrests or any accessories.
