3.1: "PROG": program select key: when the treadmill has stopped, cycle select the program
P0-P26 you require.
3.2: "MODE": mode select key, when the treadmill has stopped, set the Mode you require. You
can select the Time countdown →distance countdown →calories countdown → Normal mode.
The default setting will re-activate after 30 minutes when in P1-P26.
3.3: "START" Key: when the treadmill has stopped, press the START key to turn on the
treadmill. Press "START" key when running and it will pause.
3.4: "STOP" key, when the treadmill is running, stop the treadmill by pressing the STOP key.
When the LCD window shows the ERR message, press the stop key to clear it. When the
treadmill stops, press the "STOP" key, it can return to the default display status
3.5: "+" KEY: increase the speed when running. Increase the parameter under the body fat
testing.
3.6: "–" KEY: decrease the speed when running. Decrease the parameter under the body fat
testing.
3.7: "QUICK SPEED" key: when the treadmill is running, select the quick speed key 4,8,14
that you want by pressing the appropriate key.

Safety key function:
In any state, if you pull-out the safety key, the window displays "E7" and it will sound the
buzzer "BIBI-BI". Then replace the safety key, window will light up for 2 seconds, then go to
manual start mode (the equivalent of clearing reset).

Auto sleep function
Note that this treadmill is fitted with an auto sleep function. If the treadmill
is not used for 4 minutes and 30 seconds Th computer will automatically turn off.
Press any key to restart the console.
Your data will be retained.
