3.4 Replacing the Lamps

Disconnect the hood from the mains supply.
This appliance is equipped with 3 W halogen
lamps.
To replace the halogen lamps, press the lamp
downwards from the rear section of the lamp
holder to release the lamp. Then turn it counter-
clockwise by 1/4 tour and remove it.
Perform the above steps in reverse order to fit the
new lamps.

You may use this appliance in the exhaust air
mode and the ventilated air mode.

3.5 Exhaust Air Mode

The suctioned air is cleaned by the grease filters
and is exhausted through a piping system (Fig. 2).

The exhaust air does not have to

be transferred to an active fume or
exhaust air tube, nor to a chimney,
in order to ventilate the areas where
the heat sources are installed.
• If you wish to transfer the exhaust air in an
inactive waste fume or gas exhaust tube, you
must get permission from an authorized chim-
ney sweep.
• If the exhaust air is exhausted through the ex-
ternal wall, you must use a telescopic wall tray.
