PRODUCT LOADING PRECAUTIONS
When turning on for the first time, wait until the working temperature has been reached; this occurs after
about 12 hours. In all cases, before loading products, check that the internal apparatus has reached a
temperature of -18°C (see Command 66 and Command 67).
If the "fridge safety" device trips, the products in the "out of service" selections must be eliminated; When
turning on again in this case too, you must wait until the working temperature has been reached before you
can load the new refrigerated products.
It is recommended that you carry out all activities in the shortest time possible.
8.1

PRODUCT LOADING PROCEDURE FOOD ZONE

Once you have completed the start-up procedure and programmed the machine and when the working
temperature has been reached, proceed as follows:
1) Open the door.
2) Take the free tray out from the wind-up guard by gripping the bottom and pulling outwards until
you find the stop point.
3) Begin loading from the front towards the inside and ensure that all the spaces are loaded with products.
The bottom of the product must be placed on the bottom of the compartment, just above the coil with the
label turned towards the window is such a way that it can be recognized by the customer. All the
products must fit easily between the coils. Do not insert larger objects. The spirals can have different
pitches and therefore you should choose the most suitable spiral for the product you want to sell or,
alternatively, choose the product on the basis of the spiral you have available.
4) When you have finished loading all the trays, ensure that the same are in the initial position.

6) NOTE: Each spiral can be turned each time of 45°. Most of the products can be sold without troubles
when the spiral end is positioned at hour 6.
8.2

VENDING A PRODUCT

After loading the machine, setting the selling prices for each product, positioning the price labels, checking
that the trays have been turned in selling position, the machine is ready to vend.
1) Insert enough money to buy the product.
2) Dial on the panel the combination corresponding to the chosen product.
3) Take the product from the delivery door.
