8. DECOMISSIONING AND DISPOSAL
At the end of the operating life of the motor or any of its parts, it must be disposed of in observance of current regulations. This also
applies to the liquid contents, with particular regard if classified toxic or harmful, and for the packaging.
Refer to page 43 for disposal information in accordance with WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU.
In case you need to return the motor to the supplier:
thoroughly wash the motor;
if necessary, provide for a complete decontamination of the product;
remove any liquids or grease residues (lubricants etc ...)
do not return the motor open or without the filling liquid;
protect the pump from corrosion and pack it carefully;
indicate to the supplier any security measure applied.
It is the responsibility of who returns the materials to take all measures necessary to ensure the safety of the
product and that the return is in accordance with the regulations of applicable law.

In case of corrosion problems check:
- chemical composition of the liquid and suitability of the required material configuration
- presence of DC current sources

Use only original spare parts. To order spare parts, refer to the catalogues or contact the SAER Technical assistance specifying the kind of the motor,
the serial number and the year of manufacture (all these data are to be found in the identification plate). This product is free from the manufacturing de-
fects.
