Safety Instructions
Read and observe all of the instruc-
tions below. Failure to observe or
incorrect observance can lead to
malfunctions and severe injury.
2.1. Requirements for per-
sonnel
This automatic gun is intended for
use only by skilled personnel with
appropriate training, who have read
and understood these operating
instructions completely.
2.2. Personal protective
equipment (PPE)
Vapors can escape when using,
servicing or caring for the automatic
gun. During use the noise level can
exceed 85 dB(A).
■ Always wear approved protective
equipment when operating, services
or cleaning. The personal protec-
tive equipment included respiratory
protection, eye protection, protective
suit, protective gloves and work
shoes. Wear additional ear protection,
if required.
2.3. Use In Explosive Areas

Improper use of the automatic
gun can lead to loss of explosion
protection.
→ Do not use automatic gun in
explosive atmospheres classified
as Ex-Zone 0.
→ Do not use any solvents or
cleaning agents with homoge-
nized hydrocarbon base.
The automatic gun is approved
for use and storage in explosive
atmospheres classified as Ex-
Zone 1 and 2.
Zone code: Ex II 2 G T4.
2.4. Safety Instructions
■ Before use always check automatic
gun for proper function and leakage.
■ Never point automatic gun at animals
(including humans).
■ Never use automatic gun in damaged
or incomplete condition.
■ In the event of damage, discontinue
use of automatic gun immediately
and disconnect from compressed air
circuit and material supply.
■ Observe safety precautions.
■ Observe accident prevention regula-
tions BGR 500.

application of paint and varnish as
well as other suitable, fluid materi-
als on suitable substrates.
