5. Install the Wall Jambs
Make sure the wall jambs are level
With a pencil, mark the three drill hole locations in each wall jamb on the wall.
NOTE: On ceramic tile, use a center punch to nick the surface glaze at the mark. Tap the punch lightly
with your hammer so you do not crack the tile.
Remove the wall jambs, lightly center punch the hole locations, and drill the six screw holes using a
5/16" (8 mm) drill bit. Use a masonry bit for ceramic tile.
Thoroughly clean the bath or shower ledge.
Press and hold the leg of the anchor (provided) together and insert the anchor legs into the
pre-drilled mounting holes.
Insert an anchor in the drilled holes.
Position the wall jambs by aligning the wall jamb holes with the drilled holes.
Loosely secure each wall jamb to the wall at the top and center hole locations using #8-18 x 1-1/2"
panhead screws.
