Possible cause Solution
Allow the beer keg to rest in the device
for a little while, the temperature will be
regulated by the cooling container (11).
Clean the tap unit (see the "After Use"
chapter – "Rinsing Through the Beer
Line").
Only use correctly cooled beer kegs.
Allow the beer keg to cool for longer.
The beer keg should rest for around two
hours before being tapped into.
