Inserting / Replacing the CO
PLEASE NOTE!
■ WARNING – Danger of Cold Burns! The CO

16 g CO cartridges are required to draw beer. One cartridge is generally suffi cient for

1. Make sure that the pressure regulator (15) is at its limit stop in the – position, the tap

2. If a CO cartridge (26) has already been inserted, make sure that it has been com-

pletely emptied (see the "After Use" chapter – "Emptying the Beer Keg and CO
Cartridge").
3. Fold out and unscrew the cartridge sleeve (16) on the inside of the lid (14).
4. Remove the used CO
sleeve.
5. Screw the fi lled cartridge sleeve onto the mount in the lid (Picture J). A click indicates
that the CO
6. Fold the cartridge sleeve into the lid.
Connecting a Fresh Keg
As fresh kegs already contain the correct amount of CO
this case, the pressure regulator (15) is deactivated.
1. Make sure that the device is switched off (switch position 0).
2. Open the lid (14) by pressing the release button (1).
3. Clamp the CO
4. Insert the fresh keg into the cooling container (11). PLEASE NOTE: The valve with
the release button on the fresh keg adapter (25) must be directed forwards towards
the tap.
5. Press the fresh keg down fi rmly on the suction pad.
6. Connect the adapter of the beer line (18) to the fresh keg adapter (Picture L).
