spanner [3-5].
■ Only for SATA LPS RB 2000 RP: Remove spacer [11-2].
■ Mount the spindle
■ Only for SATA LPS RB 2000 RP: Place the spacer [11-2] over the
spindle holder [11-1].
■ Screw spindle [11-3] into the gun body using the SATA universal span-
ner [3-5] .
■ Position the control knob [11-4].
■ Coat the countersunk screw [11-5] with Loctite 242 and screw hand-
tight.
9.5. Replace sleeve
Air leaks from the material flow control inspection hole
If the sleeve is damaged, air can leak from the material flow control in-
spection hole [1-2], [2-6].
→ Replace the sleeve immediately.
The sealing surface of the sleeve is very sensitive and damages easily.
→ Do not chuck the sleeve on the sealing surface.
Remove sleeve
■ Unscrew the material flow control [9-1].
■ Remove the spring [9-2].
■ Remove the paint needle [9-3].
■ Loosen the SW14 hex nut [12-1], holding the second SW14 hex nut
[12-4] in place.
■ Remove hex nut, flat washer [12-2] and sleeve [12-3] .
Mount sleeve
Note!
Do not damage the sealing lip of the sleeve when mounting!
■ Push the sleeve [12-3], flat washer [12-2], and SW14 hex nut [12-1]
onto the paint needle [12-5].
■ Tighten the SW14 hex nut, holding the second SW14 hex nut [12-4] in
place.
■ Insert the paint needle [9-3].
■ Insert the spring [9-2].
