Care and cleaning

Switch off the Roaster. Remove the mains plug from the socket and allow the Roaster to cool (app. 30
min.). Clean the body, pan, lid and batter spreader with a moist cloth. The grill plate can be removed
and washed in warm water. You are advised not to clean it in the dishwasher or with detergent to avoid
possible damages of the non-stick coating. Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning preparations or
scourers. NEVER immerse the grill in water, and NEVER put it in the dishwasher.
Advice: On the coated grill plate and the pan use only tools (e.g. spatulas) made of wood or plastic.
Sharp or metal tools can damage the coating and are to be avoided.
Faults & Repairs
In the event of a malfunction or fault, remove the mains plug immediately. Repairs should be carried out
only by a qualified, professional electrician. All liability is disclaimed for repairs attempted by unqualified
persons.
Storage
When not in use the roaster should be kept in a dry environment out of the reach of children.

Disposal

■ Obsolete appliances may be returned to the point of
purchase for free expert disposal.
■ Dispose of units with dangerous defects immediately
so that they can no longer be used.
■ Do not dispose of unit with your normal household
rubbish (to protect the environment)!
