Le remplacement des joints statiques doit être effectué lors de
chaque démontage, mais en tous les cas le remplacement com-
plet doit être effectué après 1 000 heures de fonctionnement, en
agissant comme suit :

E1 Effectuer le démontage de la pompe comme décrit dans la

E2 Enlever la vanne manuelle de la conduite de refoulement
de la pompe.
E3 Enlever les vis, déboîter l'enveloppe externe du corps de
pompe avec la conduite de refoulement.
E4 En maintenant la roue immobile à l'aide d'un fouet prévu à
cet effet, desserrer l'écrou de blocage de la roue.
E5 Déboîter les joints toriques et la roue.
E6 Vérifier le jeu de l'arbre et de la bague en céramique avec
le logement correspondant.
E1 Disassemble the pump as described in section C of this
chapter.
E2 Remove the manual valve on the pump's delivery conduit.
E3 Remove the screws and withdraw the
external shell of the pump body with the delivery conduit.
E4 Holding the impeller still with an appropriate whip, loosen the
impeller's lock nut.
E5 Withdraw the OR gaskets and the impeller.
E6 Verify the play of the shaft and the ceramic bushing in their
housings.
