13) Assemble the rack. Lay the eight Slats (V) face down. Make sure that one end of the first slat is
flush with the outside edge to the Left Support (T). Also, make sure that the Left Support (T) is
positioned so that the countersunk holes inside of the left support face inward. Attach each Slat
(V) to the Left Support (T) using the #7 x 1½" Type 17 Pan Head Screws (YB). To make sure that
the screw aligns with each groove in the slats, slightly lift the support and make sure that the
screw is in the groove. Continue attaching each slat making sure the ends of each are flush with
the edge of the Left Support (T). Once all of the Slats (V) are attached to the Left Support (T),
attach each slat against the side of the notch on the Right Support (U) using the #7 x 1½" Type 17
Pan Head Screws (YB).
To make sure that the rack is square, measure from right front to left rear and from left front to
right rear. See FIGURE 13B. If the rack is square, these lines should be equal in length. If they
are not, tap one corner of the longer line until both lines are equal.
