Read both the Assembly Instructions and Finishing
Hints completely before beginning.
If you choose to use the top for food preparation, it
should be finished with a non-toxic substance such
as mineral oil or butcher block oil.
Store the parts: 1) in their box; 2) in a dry place; 3) in
temperatures ranging from 40° to 90°. (Not on a cold,
possibly damp, cement floor.)
Inspect your furniture periodically for any loose glue
joints or screws, or any other problem which may
be affecting the stability of your furniture. Tighten or
repair as needed.

Make sure the single 3/8" dowel (Z) in the Right Front Leg (A), the 3/4" Cam Connector (ZK) in the Right Back Leg (B), the three 5mm dowels (ZA) in Bottom Right Apron (E) and the three cam housing holes in the Top Right Apron (C) must all face the same direction, i.e.
  • Page 8 FIG. 5 5) Attach Back Panel (I) to Back Vertical Support (L) with three #6 x 1" Oval Head Screws (ZY) through the predrilled holes in back into back vertical support. Notch in back vertical support is to be flush with bottom edge of back. FIG.
  • Page 9 FIG. 8 8) Start two #8 x 1¼" Black Screws (Y) through the holes in the bottom of the Bottom Shelf (J). Slide the Vertical Divider (M) over the 1/2" Cam Connectors (ZE) and insert 1/2" Cam Housings (ZF) in the holes and tighten. The cam holes in the vertical divider must face toward Left Side Assembly (G).

  • Page 12 FIG. 14 14) Lay the Top (W) over the apron/leg assembly so that the cam connectors go through the holes in the top edge of the aprons. Fasten in place with 3/4" and 1/2" Cam Housings (ZL &ZF). See FIGURE 14. FIG.

Insert the #8 x 1¼" Machine Screws (ZQ) through the center holes in the Drawer False Front and LOOSELY fasten the Drawer Pull (ZN) so that it allows the adjustment of the Drawer Face but holds it in place once moved. See FIGURE 24. DO NOT INSERT THE SCREWS (ZX) AT THIS TIME.
