This limited warranty is not applicable to normal wear, to parts which have been refurbished
or subject to repairs or inappropriate modifications, nor to damage caused by an accident,
to an abusive or inappropriate use, or a lack of reasonable diligence. Among inappropriate
uses nullifying the warranty, spinning (or indoor cycling), jumps, acrobatics, extreme cycling
or similar activities. The only recourse within the LOOK Limited Warranty or any other implicit
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at the discretion of LOOK, of all or part of the
concerned product.
In no event shall LOOK and its agents or distributors be held responsible for any damage, direct
or consequential, nor be responsible for costs of transport or shipping of the product, whether
the claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence or liability products, including without
limitation, losses or damages related to another property than the warranted product itself, loss
of property usage or other financial loss.
Whatever the cause, nor LOOK, nor any agent or distributor shall be liable for any financial
contribution or indemnity for a product. The rights granted by the warranty and the benefits
may not be assigned or transferred.
LOOK's obligations under any warranty is limited, according to wider acceptance of the law to
those specified in this limited warranty LOOK.
However, some countries or states do not allow time limits on an implied warranty and / or
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, which implies that the
