13- Adjust the brake (Cf. AEROBRAKE 2 ADJUSTMENT)
Surfaces finish : 80 grit sand blast
Free of positive metal, voids and porosity
Free of cutting oil and oil residue
14- Cut the cable about 2 cm from the cable clamp and crimp on a cable ferrule. Check that
the whole assembly is located in groove provided for it and use a 2 mm Allen key to screw in
the caps ② to 1 Nm torque .

15- Operate the lever about ten times and check that the brakes operate correctly. Also check
the clearance between the brake pads and the rim.
