GENERAL INFORMATION
When using as a universal category device (Group 0+, 1, 2, 3), please consider the following:
This product is a "universal" child restraint system. It is approved under Regulation No. 44, 04 series of
amendments, for general use in vehicles and it will fit most, but not all, vehicle seats. A correct fit is likely if
the vehicle manufacturer has declared in the vehicle handbook that the vehicle suitable for any "universal"
child restraint system for this age group.
This child restraint system has been classified as "universal" as it complies with more stringent conditions
than those which applied to earlier designs which do not carry this notice.
If in doubt, consult either the child restraint system manufacturer or the retailer.
Recommended only for vehicles equipped with a 3-point static or retractor seat belt system approved under
UN/ECE Regulation No. 16 or other equivalent standard.
Information on ISOFIX child restraint system (Group 1, forward-facing):
1. This is an ISOFIX CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM. It is approved under Regulation No. 44, 04 series of
amendments, for general use in vehicles fitted with ISOFIX anchorage systems.
2. It is suitable for vehicles with positions approved as ISOFIX positions (for more information, check the
vehicle handbook), depending on the category of the safety seat and the installation.
3. The mass group and the ISOFIX size class for which this device is intended is: Group 1 (9-18 kg); Class B1.
When using as a semi-universal device (Group 0+, 1, 2, 3), please consider the following

It is possible that this restraint system is suitable for use in other vehicles. Check the manuals or the
corresponding website for more information on the list of suitable car models. If in doubt, ask the restraint
system manufacturer or at the point of sale.
Information on the ISOFIX child restraint system
(Group 0 +, 1, rear-facing):
1. This is an ISOFIX CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM. It is approved under Regulation No. 44, 04 series of
amendments, for general use in vehicles fitted with ISOFIX anchorage systems.
2. It is suitable for vehicles with positions approved as ISOFIX positions (for more information, check the vehicle
handbook), depending on the category of the safety seat and the installation.
3. The mass group and the ISOFIX size class for which this device is intended is: Group 0+,1 (0-18 kg); Class D.

4.1 Place of installation
4.1.1 When using as a universal category device (Grupo 0+ 1, 2, 3), this child restraint system is suitable
for use in models fitted with 3-point retractor seat belts that comply with ECE Regulation R16 and it is not
suitable for models fitted only with 2-point seat belts.

4.1.2 When using as a child restraint system with ISOFIX (Group 1), this restraint system is suitable for use
in vehicles fitted with the ECE Regulation R14 requisites. And it may only be used after the ISOFIX system
has been installed.
4.1.3 When using as a semi-universal category device (Grupo 0 +, 1, 2, 3), this child restraint system is
suitable for use in models fitted with 3-point retractor seat belts that comply with ECE Regulation R16 and
it is not suitable for models fitted only with 2-point seat belts. And it may only be used after the ISOFIX
system has been installed.
4.2 How to use the harness buckle
Hold the two protruding edges of the buckle together.
Check that the right part is on top.
Connect the two parts before inserting them into the harness buckle. You should hear them click into
place.
Pull the shoulder straps to tighten the lap section and make sure that the harness lies flat and the buckle
is securely fastened.
