Filling with coffee powder
Open the lid (2) of the filter compartment (3).

NOTE
The filter insert (4) can be removed for easier handling.

When you replace the filter insert (4), pay attention to
proper seating: The recesses in the filter insert (4) point
to the opened lid of the filter compartment.
Place a size 4 filter bag into the filter insert (4).

NOTE
Pay attention to proper seating of the filter bag so that

water is able to run over the coffee powder.
Fill the filter bag with the desired amount of coffee powder.

Close the lid (2) of the filter compartment (4).

Inserting the coffee jug
Put the coffee jug (5) onto the hot plate (6) under the filter

compartment (3).
NOTE
Make sure that you put the coffee jug (5) in the middle

underneath the filter compartment (3).
