7. CLEANING PROCESS

The equipment cannot be cleaned if it is in operation. When the base is
cleaned, the by-pass should be isolated, in order to prevent any of the dirt from
entering the pool. In order to change the load and put the device into service
accordingly, its sealing should be checked without placing the load inside, as
indicated in the installation and maintenance manual.

8. LOADING OF THE EQUIPMENT

The procedure for loading the equipment will be carried out after starting it up
and checking
The procedure is as follows:
1. Close the water inlet and outlet valves
2. Open the purge valve, allowing some of the water inside the CLORIMAX
to flow out
3. Close the purge valve
4. Open the valve of the CLORIMAX dispenser
5. With 75% of the CLORIMAX full of water, carefully add the product
(Model 16631 or 15210, maximum load 20 kg, and Model 16632 or
15211, maximum load 30 kg) in accordance with the Table
6. Fill the CLORIMAX with water by opening the water inlet valve slightly
7. Position and close the dispenser cap
*If the CLORIMAX is closed, there should ALWAYS be a valve open to
allow the gases to escape (the degassing valve is only regarded as an
emergency escape).

9. STEP BY STEP OPERATION

OPERATION AND COMMISSIONING:
