13 Disposal

13.1 Environmental protection

Careless disposal of the case lifter and equipment may pollute the environment.

Therefore, dispose of the case lifter and used equipment in accordance with the
currently applicable national regulations in your country.
14 Upgrading and modifi cation
Unauthorized modifi cations or upgrades that are not described in this section will
render the declaration of conformity and thus the CE mark invalid.
The Bosch Rexroth warranty only applies to the confi guration as delivered, and
to approved upgrades. The manufacturer will not accept any warranty claims for
systems with unapproved modifi cations or upgrades.

14.1 Modifying the product

You can upgrade or modify the case lifter according to your requirements as follows:
• Installation or replacement of
– attachment plate (3 842 549 427, 3 842 549 428)
– fork (3 842 549 435, 3 842 549 442, 3 842 144 020)
– suspension strap (3 842 549 449).
• Sensor unit assembly (3 842 547 200).
• Hand switch mount assembly (3 842 548 038).
When attaching the above listed components, observe the sequence of assembly and
safety instructions described in section "Installation". Further modifi cations are not
permitted.
