Put off the upper fitting screw of the engine supporting tube 138.
Mount both halves of the windshield, slipping them onto the tube 138.
inserting the part that is in front of the engine support tube between the fairing and the dashboard
hood; leave the back part outside.
Refit the tubes 138 on the engine bracket.
The screw can be definitely tightened.
Screw the two halves windshield together.
Attach the windshield on each side to the cabin tubes with the first three plastic ties (starting from the
top), then the bottom one.
Re-position the dashboard hood and the fairing so that the holes are aligned.
Drill and screw.
Place rear part of windshield in position; drill and screw.
CAUTION: To avoid any damage of the lexan, use only water for cleaning the windshield.

Fasten all remaining plastic ties,
Especially those opposite the engine support tubes, which
keep the windshield from buckling under wind pressure.
Safety the small nuts with a dab of silicone paste on the
threads; its easy, and it works! do not use loctite because it is
not compatible with the Lexan of the windscreen.

enlever la vis de fixation supérieure des tubes support moteur 138.
Monter les deux demi pare-brise sur la machine, en les enfilant sur les tubes 138 par le haut.
Positionner les demi pare brise en insérant l'avant ( par rapport aux tubes support moteur) entre le ca-
rénage et la casquette de tableau de bord .
refixer les tubes 138 sur le support moteur.
La boulonnerie peut être serrée définitivement.
Visser les deux demi pare-brise ensemble.
Fixer le pare–brise de chaque coté sur les tubes de cabine avec les trois premier colliers plastiques (en
partant du haut) ,ainsi que celui du bas.
Repositionner la casquette de tableau de bord et le carénage de façon à ce que les trous coïncident .
Percer et boulonner.
