Hold the fairing in place with a canvas strap.
+ Temporarily attach the back of the fairing to the main axle with a piece of string that will be
removed after installing the aft fairing.
Drill two 5 mm holes in the fairing on either side of the engine support tube 138 right at the contact point,
on the bend of the tube. Attach with two plastic ties.
Drill the 6 mm hole in the fairing near the front of the fork support, and fasten with the 6 mm bolt.
Re-install the gear drag tubes 114 and the fork assembly. Grease the fork housings.
Screw the nut of the left fork connecting rod

Assemble the two elements of the dashboard (hood and face) with six 4 mm screws and
slide this unit in place in the cockpit: this unit will determine the shape and rigidity of the fairing
and Lexan windshield, which are both very flexible.

Maintenez l'arrière du carénage dans cette position à l'aide d'une sangle
+ Attacher temporairement l'arrière à l'axe principal, à l'aide de cordelette que l'on pourra
enlever après avoir fixé la fermeture arrière.
Percez 2 trous de
5 dans le carénage de part et d'autre du tube support moteur N° 138 moteur juste
∅
au niveau du point de contact, où le tube est cintré. Fixer avec 2 liens plastique.
Percer le trou de
6 correspondant à la petite patte devant le support de fourche et fixer avec le
∅
boulon de 6.
Remonte
les tirants et la fourche. Graisser les paliers de tube de fourche.
Ne pas oublier de refixer la biellette gauche sur le guignol de fourche.

Assemblez les 2 parties de tableau de bord (casquette et partie frontale)avec 6 vis
glisser l'ensemble en position dans le cockpit: c'est cet ensemble qui va conditionner la forme et la
rigidité du carénage et du Lexan qui sont tous deux très flexibles.
