Setting the Parental Control
Level
Path: MAIN PAGE w PREFERENCES w
PARENTAL
Playing some DVD discs can be limited
depending on the age of the users. The
parental control function in this system
allows playback limitation level to be set by
the parent. The default setting is "NO
PARENTAL".
Notes
< The lower the level is set, the stricter the
limitation is offerred.
< If the parental control level of the loading
DVD disc is lower than the setting level,
the "PARENTAL VIOLATION" message
will be shown on the TV screen, and the
system will refuse to play the disc.
< To change the parental control level, a
correct password is needed to key in.
< YOU MUST REMEMBER
PASSWORD TO MAKE ANY CHANGES.
If you loose your password, you will not be
able to change parental controls.
< A default password supplied is "3308".
Setting a New Password

PASSWORD
You can set a new password for the parental
control to replace the old one.
The default password is "3308".
Notes
< This password is used to unlock the
resetting function of parental control.
There is no way of resetting the password
setting back to the default so you MUST
write your password down and put in a safe
place.
Resetting SETUP
Path: MAIN PAGE w PREFERENCES w
DEFAULTS
Select "RESET" and press the ENTER button.
All of the items in the SETUP menu will be
reset as defaults.
Note
< The parental control and its unlocking
password will not be reset.

Réglage du niveau de controle

La lecture de certain disques DVD peut être
controller selon l'age des usagers. La
fonction de controle parental de ce système
permet aux parents d'imposer des limites au
niveau de reproduction. Le réglage par
défaut est "NO-PARENTAL".
Remarque
< Plus le niveau est bas, plus les limitations
sont strictes
< Si le niveau de control parental du disque
chargé est plus haut que le niveau réglé,
le message "PARENTAL VIOLATION" est
affiché sur l'écran du téléviseur et le
système refuse de jouer le disque.
< Pour changer le niveau de controle
parental, un mot de passe est requi.
< VOUS DEVEZ VOUS RAPPELER VOTRE
MOT DE PASSE POUR FAIRE TOUT
YOUR CHANGEMENT.
Si vous oubliez votre mot de passe, vous
ne pourrez pas changés le controle
parental.
< Un mot de passe par défaut est fournie
c'est "3308"
Réglage du mot de passe

Vous pouvez remplacer le mot de passe
pour le controle parental. Le mot de passe
par défaut est "3308".
Remarque
< Ce mot de passe est utilisé pour débarrer
la fonction de mise à jour du controle
parental.
Il n'est pas possible de retourner le mot de
passe à son défaut donc ECRIVEZ LE et
placer dans un endroit sur.
Mise à zéro du SETUP

Choisir "RESET" et appuyer sur la touche
ENTER
Tous les items dans le menu SETUP sont
remis à leur défauts.
Remarque
< Le controle parental et son mot de passe
ne sont pas mis à zéro
