Variable Needle Drop Position

The needle drop position of the straight stitch and
stretch straight stitch can be selected from left, center
and right positions.
Turn the pattern selector dial to select the desired
needle drop position.

Adjusting Stretch Stitch Balance

If the stretch stitch patterns are uneven when you sew
on a particular fabric, adjust them with the feed
balancing dial.
To adjust the distorted patterns:

q Feed balancing dial
• If the patterns are drawn out, correct them by turning
the dial in the "–" direction.
• If the patterns are compressed, correct them by
turning the dial in the "+" direction.
