The heel height of the prosthetic foot can be adjusted even without access to the Galileo™ app.

→ A beep sounds for 1 second. A 5-second countdown runs, with one short beep every
second.
3) Set down the prosthetic foot with full contact and no load.
4) Adjust the heel height by changing the angle in the ankle joint. Do not put any weight on the
foot during this process.

3 short beeps: The adjustment process has failed and must be repeated.
6.2.3 Erasing the Bluetooth link

→ The Bluetooth link has been erased, and the prosthetic foot is switched off. The heel height
has been reset to the value that was set during the bench alignment.
User

→ A beep sounds for 1 second. The Bluetooth link has been erased.
6.2.4 Relief function
INFORMATION
The range of motion of the relief function is determined by the selection of the amputation level
in the Galileo™ app.
The maximum range of motion is set in TT fittings.
In TF fittings, the relief function can be expanded based on patient feedback.
The relief function makes it possible to lower the sole of the prosthetic foot to the floor (e.g., when
sitting with the prosthetic foot stretched forward or backward, or when standing on inclined sur
faces). This ensures a natural foot position.
Activation
1) Take the load off the prosthetic foot for at least 1.5 s.
2) Put a slight load on the prosthetic foot; the foot sole lowers to the floor automatically.
INFORMATION: The time till activation and the sensitivity of the relief function can be
changed via the Galileo™ app.
Deactivation
► Place a load on the prosthetic foot.
→ The relief function is deactivated, and when moved, the prosthetic foot returns to the most
recently set position.
6.2.5 Locking the ankle joint
The function locks the ankle joint of the prosthetic foot and secures it in the current position. The
activation of the relief function is also prevented.
