• Recognition of the DCF signal and its assessment may take about 5-10 minutes. Do not move
the weather station during this time. Do not push any buttons.
If the weather station has read the DCF signal properly, the current time and date appear at the
top of the display and the reception symbol (A2) stops flashing. During summer time, „DST"
(= „Daylight Saving Time") appears to the left of the reception symbol (A2).
Synchronisation of the weather station with the DCF signal takes place every day at
03:00, 04:00, 05:00 and 06:00 AM. A single successful reception per day will keep
the deviation of the integrated clock below a second.
• If you do not see any current time in the display of the weather station after 10 minutes, relocate
the weather station.
Then keep the button „2/
attempt.
You may also wait for a day so that the DCF reception attempt is performed at night as described
above, since this permits a better reception of the DCF signal.
Alternatively, the time and date can be set manually at the weather station.
