9.9 Replacing the toothed belt
• Pull the old toothed belt out of the
frame and discard.
• Thread the new toothed belt into the
frame.
9.10 Mounting the end block,
drive end
F End blocks are supplied as complete
mounting assemblies with drive pulley and
mounting components.
• Unscrew and remove the nameplate
from the new end block (1) and keep
it for later use.
• Thread the toothed belt into the end
block and wrap it around the drive
pulley.
• Fasten the clamping fixture to the
toothed belt end and slide it into the
slots in the frame (2).
• Carefully push the end block onto the
frame until it will go no further. Make
sure the straight pins engage properly
with the holes in the frame (3).
• Tighten the fixing screws (4).
• Screw the nameplate (5) back onto the
end block.
• Screw down the clamping fixture (6)
with two socket head screws below the
carriage surface at the drive end.

9.9 Echange de la
courroie crantée
• Retirer l'ancienne courroie crantée du
corps principal et l'évacuer.
• Introduire la nouvelle courroie crantée
dans le corps principal.
9.10 Montage de la tête d'extré-
mité côté entraînement
F Les têtes d'extrémité sont livrées en
éléments complets avec poulie d'entraîne-
ment et éléments de fixation.
• Dévisser et mettre soigneusement de
côté la plaque signalétique de la nou-
velle tête (1).
• Placer la courroie crantée autour de la
poulie d'entraînement.
• Monter la pièce de bridage à l'extrémité
de la courroie crantée et introduire
celle-ci dans les rainures du corps
principal (2).
• Introduire prudemment la tête d'extré-
mité jusqu'a la butée du corps princi-
pal. S'assurer que les vis cylindriques
accrochent parfaitement aux filetages
du corps principal (3).
• Serrer les écrous de fixation (4).
• Fixer la plaque signalétique (5) sur la
tête d'extrémité.
• Visser la pièce de bridage (6) sous la
surface du plateau à l'aide de deux vis
cylindriques.

9.9 Sostituire la cinghia dentata
• Sfilare la vecchia cinghia dentata dal
profilato di base e scartarla.
• Infilare una nuova cinghia dentata nel
profilato.
9.10 Montare la testata d'estre-
mità lato azionamento
F Le testate d'estremità vengono for-
nite come gruppo di componenti completo
di puleggia di azionamento ed elementi di
fissaggio.
• Svitare la targhetta di identificazione
dalla nuova testata d'estremità (1) e
conservare in luogo sicuro.
• Infilare la cinghia dentata nella testata
d'estremità ed avvolgerla intorno alla
puleggia di azionamento.
• Fissare l'elemento di fissaggio all'estre-
mità della cinghia dentata ed infilare
nelle scanalature che si trovano nel
profilato di base (2).
• Introdurre con cautela la testata
d'estremità nel profilato fino all'arresto.
Far attenzione a che le spine cilindriche
coincidano perfettamente con i fori che
si trovano nel profilato (3).
• Serrare saldamente le viti di fissaggio
(4).
• Avvitare la targhetta di identificazione
(5) alla testata d'estremità.
• Avvitare saldamente l'elemento di fis-
saggio (6) con due viti a testa cilindrica
sul lato di azionamento sotto il piano
della tavola.
