If you connect multiple projectors to the computer, you cannot save presentation
materials to the Memory Stick.

About Other Operations

The Projector Station performes the following operations in addition to creating
presentation materials using above two steps:
• Checking the contents of previously created presentation materials.
• Selecting a file to be converted using the [Select] button.
• Deleting previously created presentation material.
• Creating one set of presentation material from multiple files.
Checking the contents of previously created presentation materials
You can check the contents of created material.

Select the presentation material that you want to check from the Title
Area box.
The title name window appears in the [PS for Presentation Information] area.

Turns the slide forward or back. When you click the [Top] button, the title
name window appears.
Selecting a file to be converted using the [Select] button
Instead of using the procedure 2 to 4 of STEP 1, you can select the file to use as
follows:

Click the [Select] button.
The Select File dialog box appears.

Select the file from which you want to create the presentation material.
Click the [Open] button.
The system starts creating the presentation material. While the system is
creating the material, the [Memory Stick...] button changes to the [Cancel]
button.
Deleting previously created presentation material
Select the material you want to delete from the Title Area box, then click the
[Delete] button.
