d) - Estrarre lo stelo pos. 9 unitamente
al pattino di pilotaggio pos. 7.
e) - Smontare la valvola motore pos.
35 dal blocco pos. 11 e verificare che
dall'interno della stessa e dei condotti
realizzati sul blocco non vi siano
tracce di prodotto.
f) - Procedere ad una accurata pulizia
ed a una leggera lubrificazione.
g) - Iniziare il rimontaggio della pompa
introducendo nel blocco motore lo
stelo, con il pattino pilotaggio
adeguatamente ingrassato, quindi
procedere con tutti i particolari pos.
26-21-16-5-14-15-6-4 su un solo lato
del blocco motore. Inserire le viti di
fissaggio del coperchio, attraverso i fori
delle membrane, nella flangia del
motore per impedire la rotazione delle
membrane stesse.
h) - Mettere in fase il pattino di
pilotaggio pos. 7, ruotando lo stelo
motore, posizionando la fresatura del
pattino (spazio fra i due semicilindri)
perfettamente parallela all'asse
verticale del blocco motore.
Il corretto posizionamento del pattino
e osservabile attraverso il foro centrale
del blocco motore sul lato opposto alle
membrane in fase di montaggio.
i) Bloccare in morsa l'estremità libera
dello stelo e procedere al montaggio
del dado di arresto, dei dischi
membrana, serrandolo a fondo.
Durante questa operazione deve
essere assolutamente evitata la
rotazione del blocco motore.
I) Liberare, dalla morsa, l'estremità
dello stelo e procedere al rimontaggio
di tutti i particolari sul secondo lato
del blocco motore (vedi punto g). II
serraggio del dado di arresto dei dischi
membrane dovrà essere realizzato
agendo in contrapposizione sul dado
dell'estremità d'albero opposta.
m) - Procedere al completamento
della pompa rimontando i coperchi
esterni, con le relative valvole, i
collettori e la valvola motore.

d) - Withdraw the rod (pos. 9) together
with the sliding shoe (pos. 7).
e) - Disassemble the motor valve
(pos. 35) from the block (pos. 11) and
check that there is no residual product
inside the valve body or passages
inside the block.
f) - Clean thoroughly and lubricate.
g) - Proceed with pump reassembly;
insert the rod in the motor block with
the sliding shoe adequately lubricated
and assemble the remaining parts
(pos. 26-21-16-5-14-15-6-4) on one
side of the motor block only. Insert
the cover fixing screws via the
diaphragm holes in the motor flange
to prevent diaphragm rotation.
h) - Align the sliding shoe (pos. 7), by
turning the motor rod and positioning
the shoe gap (space between the two
half-cylinders) perfectly parallel to the
vertical axis of the motor block.
Correct position of the shoe can be
verified by means of the central hole
on the motor block on the opposite
side to the diaphragms during the
assembly phase.
i) Lock the free end of the rod in a
vice and proceed with assembly of
the stop nut on the diaphragm disks
and tighten fully down. Avoid motor
block rotation at all costs.
I) Release the end of the rod from the
vice and reassemble all parts on the
second side of the motor block (see
point g). Tighten the diaphragm stop
nut by rotating the nut at the other
end of the shaft.
m) - Complete pump assembly by
refitting the outer covers with relative
valves, manifolds and motor valve.

d) Extraire la tige pos. 9 avec le patin
de pilotage pos. 7.
e) Démonter la soupape moteur pos.
35 du bloc pos. 11 et vérifier qu'il n'y
ait pas de traces de produit à l'intérieur
de cette dernière et des conduits
réalisés sur le bloc.
f) Procéder à un nettoyage soigné et
à un léger graissage.
g) Commencer à remonter la pompe
en introduisant dans la bloc moteur la
tige, avec le patin de pilotage
opportunément graissé, puis procéder
avec toutes les pièces pos. 26-21-16-
5-14-15-6-4 sur un seul côté du bloc
moteur. Introduire les vis de fixation
du couvercle, à travers les orifices des
membranes, dans la bride du moteur
pour empêcher la rotation desdites
membranes.
h) Mettre en phase le patin de pilotage
pos. 7 en tournant la tige moteur, en
positionnant le fraisage du patin
(espace entre les deux demi-
cylindres) de façon parfaitement
parallèle à l'axe vertical du bloc
moteur.
Le positionnement correct du patin
peut être vérifié à travers l'orifice
central du bloc moteur sur le côté
opposé aux membranes en phase de
montage.
I) Bloquer en étau l'extrémité libre de
la tige et procéder au montage de
l'écrou d'arrêt des disques membrane
en le serrant à fond. Pendant cette
opération, il faut absolument éviter la
rotation du bloc moteur.
l) Libérer de l'étau l'extrémité de la tige
et remonter toutes les pièces sur
l'autre côté du bloc moteur (voir point
g). Le serrage de l'écrou d'arrêt des
disques membranes devra être réalisé
en agissant en opposition sur l'écrou
de l'extrémité d'arbre opposée.
m) Compléter la pompe en remontant
les couvercles extérieurs, avec les
soupapes correspondantes, les
collecteurs et la soupape moteur.
