7.2 Positioning the Petri dish and starting the sampling

Step 1: Choose the program to be started
Step 5:
Start the collection by pressing the Enter key or using the remote control*.
*Important: the field of the remote control might be decreased because of nearby neon lighting.
The following screen appears :
If a delay has been set, after the start signal, the time is counted down and displayed before starting the cycle.
You may stop a collection while in progress by pressing the ESCAPE key or pressing the
STOP key of the remote control.

Step 2:
Place the sampling head vertically. Pull up the stainless steel
grid to remove it from the unit; place the grid on a clean
surface.

The sampling head's grid must not be touched.
Step 3:
Fit the Petri dish on the clips and make sure that the Petri dish
is placed horizontally. The clips help with with adjusting the
Petri dishes in the center above the turbine.
Make sure that the dish is properly inserted.
Step 4:
Remove the Petri dish's lid and put it on a clean surface. Place
the Sampl'air Lite grid back. The Sampler is ready to start a
cycle.
