Repair service
Whether you contact us for repairs or orders, please always state the serial number (FN) and the name of
the appliance. Enter these details below and also on the service sticker which comes with the appliance.
Stick it in a cospicuous place or in your telephone agenda.
FN Appliance
You will also find said details on the certificate of guarantee, the original sales invoice and the identifica-
tion plate of the appliance.
Open the appliance door.
– The identification plate is located on the right-hand inside.
If the appliance is not working properly, contact your nearest V-ZUG Ltd service centre using freephone
0800 850 850 and stand in close proximity to the appliance.
Queries, orders, service agreements
For administrative or technical queries or problems, as well as for ordering spare parts
and accessories, please contact our head office in Zug on tel. 041 767 67 67.
As regards the maintenance of all our products, when the warranty expires you have the option of taking
out a service agreement. We will be happy to send you the necessary forms.
Reparatieservice
Als u in verband met een bedrijfsstoring of een bestelling contact met ons opneemt, vermeld dan altijd
het fabricagenummer (FN) en de aanduiding van uw apparaat. Noteer a.u.b. deze gegevens hier en
eveneens op de bij het apparaat geleverde servicesticker. Plak deze op een goed zichtbare plek of in uw
telefoongids.
FN Apparaat
Deze gegevens vindt u op het garantiecertificaat, de originele factuur en op het typeplaatje van uw
apparaat.
Open de deur van het apparaat.
– Het typeplaatje bevindt zich aan de rechter binnenzijde.
Bij bedrijfsstoringen bereikt u het dichtstbijziijnde servicecentrum van V-ZUG Ltd via het gratis telefoon-
nummer 0800 850 850.
Aanvragen, bestellingen, serviceovereenkomst
In geval van vragen of problemen van administratieve of technische aard en om vervangende onderdelen en
toebehoren te bestellen kunt u zich direct tot onze hoofdvestiging in Zug wenden, tel. 041 767 6767.
Voor het onderhoud van al onze producten kunt u een serviceabonnement afsluiten, dat aansluit op de
garantieperiode. Wij zenden u graag de betreffende documentatie toe.
