Temperature
Temperature value can be set with thermostat . Turn
the knob clockwise and set the required value as
indicated by the scale on the label.
Cooking time
Cooking time can be set with timer
clockwise until the required value is selected. At the
end of the scale you can find the symbol

Humidification
The humidifity regulator
added in the cooking chamber as desired.
If turned anti-clockwise, the knob in question allows
humidity to be added until it is returned to the starting
position.
If turned clockwise, on the other hand, it is possible to
add humidity to the cooking chamber at regular
intervals with growing intensity.

The control of the butterfly valve steam takes by
