Cleaning the appliance
1. Switch off the air conditioner. Unplug the power cord.
2. Use a damp cloth to clean the housing. If the casing is very dirty, dip the cloth
in warm water below 40 °C. Squeeze out the cloth and wipe off the dirt.
• Do not use petrol, benzene, solvents, etc. for cleaning
• Do not spray water directly into the appliance where microchips and circuit
boards are located. Do not splash water on them.
Cleaning the air filter
The air filter behind the air intake grille must be cleaned at least once every 14
days or as often as necessary.
1. To remove the air inlet grille, grasp the handle on the filter and pull the filter
out.
2. Vacuum the filter on the dusty side to remove light dust.
3. Rinse the filter gently under running water with the cleaner side up. Wash
away collected dust and lint.
4. If the filter is very dirty, use a lye solution with a mild household cleaner.
5. Allow the filter to dry completely before reinserting it. If necessary, consult
professionals about cleaning.
Maintenance
• Check the earth wire.
• Check if the air inlet and the air outlet on the outside of the appliance are
blocked.
