Error/Warning
Too much time in The Chemkeys were left in

Do a diagnostic check
The diagnostic menu shows the information about the current versions of the meter and the option to
format the memory card.
1. Push Main Menu>Diagnostics.

Description
Show the disk space for the user memory and for the internal memory.
Show the configuration versions of the meter settings.
Solution
Remove the Chemkeys immediately when prompted.
Clean the sample detector pin area. Refer to
replace parts on page 17. If the problem still occurs,
contact technical support.
Dilute the sample and do the measurement again.
Move the meter to a warmer ambient temperature and
measure again. Replace the tray.
Make sure to cool the meter or move the meter out of the
warm ambient area.
Move the meter to a darker environment and put the
Chemkey into the slot again.
• Put the Chemkey into the slot in one push.
• Use a new Chemkey.
• Clean the Chemkey slot. Refer to
on page 18.
• If the problem still occurs, contact technical support.
Use the modules that operate correctly. Contact technical
support to repair the defective module.
