7.1.4.
Keeping the key pressed for approximately two seconds, enters the chair into SLOW MODE, as indicated by the foot control
display. While this setting is active, all the movements are significantly slower; e.g. to assist specific therapies.
To exit from this setting, keep again the key pressed. The activation and deactivation are indicated by four quick intermittent
acoustic signals ("BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP").
7.2. P
ROTECTIVE PAPER TOWEL HOLDER
The chair is fitted with a system to house rolls of protective paper, essential for patient hygiene, forming a partial layer of protection
between the patient and device.
The protective paper is placed in the upper part of the back section and covers the entire chair upholstery.
NOTE.
For improved hygiene between patients, dispose of the protective paper used during the examination and withdraw
fresh sheets from the roll.
Once the paper roll is finished, it can be replaced without specific procedures: remove the pin, replace the paper towel roll and
place again the pin in its housing.
7.3. U
PHOLSTERY WITH FIRE RETARDANT AND ANTI
Upon request at the moment of the order, the chair can be produced with a specific fire-retardant leatherette which can allow to
obtain the fireproof class 1/IM according to the standard UNI 9175. This option can be retrofitted after the purchase, by ordering
the specific spare part kit.
7.4. M
OULDED MEMORY FOAM UPHOLSTERY
Upon request while ordering, the upholstery can be produced in viscoelastic polyurethane memory foam, without seams.
This option can be retrofitted after the purchase, by ordering the specific spare part kit.
This upholstery offers greater comfort and adapts better to the patient's body thanks to the "memory" effect, the slow return of its
elasticity and the fact that its deformability depends on body heat.
Moreover, the anti-decubitus properties of the material make it ideal for lengthy treatments.
Finally, the moulding process and the lack of stitching, a unique feature of Tecnodent memory foam, makes it possible to maintain
an excellent level of hygiene.
7.5. L
IQUID CONTAINMENT BASIN
If specified while ordering, the chair can be equipped with a basin which allows the containments of liquids, with a valve. This
containment basin can be connected to a drain system. This accessory allows the use of the chair for urological examinations.
