The chair does not move at all, even if
the main switch is switched on and the
mains group is working correctly.
The chair moves properly in all manual
movements, but it is impossible to store
working position programs.
NOTE.
If the foot control display shows an error message ("ERR" followed by a number code), contact the technical assis-
tance, referencing the visualised code.
Chair movement testing procedure
Do you hear a "CLICK" sound when you
try to activate the controls?
Does the motor hum?
It is impossible to determine the cause of
the failure unless further and more com-
plex testing is applied. Call the servicing
technicians.
Chair programming control procedure
Was
the
programming
properly applied, as explained in para-
graph 7.1.2?
Did you hear a "BEEP" sound when the
programming procedure was completed,
to confirm the programs' saving?
The PCB has probably failed. Call the
technical service.

If no "CLICK" sound is emitted probably
the PCB has failed. Call the servicing
technicians.
The motor may have over-heated and
the thermal security switch may have
turned on. Wait for about 15 minutes, al-
lowing the motor to cool down and oper-
ate the motor again. If the chair does not
move or the motor overheats immedi-
ately after, call the servicing technicians.
