INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
1. Connect Container

The DEF dispensing system has been designed and
equipped for IBC/TOTE tank or drum installation.
Any different form of installation must guarantee secure
fastening.
All installations must be carried out by authorised and
competent personnel only. Authorised persons must:
• install the system in dry and well-ventilated place;
• ensure the correct installation of equipment re-
quired for the correct functioning of the pump;
• only use accessories that have been supplied with
the system.

ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD

The DEF dispensing system has been specifi ally de-
signed for use in a dry place. If installed outside, an ad-
equate protective covering must be provided.
EQUIPMENT MISUSE HAZARD
The use of accessories that are unsuitable and were not
provided with the system is strictly prohibited. Graco Inc.
accepts no responsibility for damage to persons, property
or the environment caused by failure to comply with this
requirement.
The DEF dispensing system is for professional use only.
As per the current legislation, the DEF dispensing sys-
tem must be installed in premises that are sufficiently
well-lit.
2. Connect Short Hose to
Pump Inlet
Connect opposite end of
short hose to top connec-
tion on pump inlet.
5. Secure Pump to Con-
tainer
Attach pump panel to top
of tote cage.
Note: Mounting bracket
of drum is different, see
instruction included with
drum pump.
3. Connect Long Hose to
Pump Outlet
Connect long hose to bot-
tom connection on pump
outlet located directly be-
low the meter.
6. Plug in Pump
Plug pump into standard
110V electrical outlet.
