Put the well chopped onion and the red pepper cut into round slices into the baking pan. Season the monkfish cutlets and place in the

Position the kneading blades. Mix the custard powder in a small quantity of the milk. We recommend that you do this with a mixer so as to

the custard into a suitable container and cool before putting into the refrigerator.

Solution
Unplug the multicooker and clean the heating
element taking care not to burn yourself; when you
are about to touch the appliance dry your hands
well and open the lid.
Take the bread out of the baking pan quickly
without keeping it warm.
