IKAR cantilever arm and IKAR height safety device with rescue hoist
IKAR HRA height safety device with rescue lift
device as a component:
Two IKAR height safety devices with rescue hoisting
facility of type HRA can be assembled as follows.
Screw down and tighten the two holding plates on the
lower cantilever arm with the two screws provided.
Insert the HRA device from above and lock into place
with the safety bolt provided ().
Pull out the safety bolt of the upper arm locking
mechanism and fold the upper cantilever arm
downward. Pull out the safety bolt of the lower pulley
and push the pulley out and upwards.
Pull rope and snap hook through and place in the
pulley. Then push back the pulley and lock into place
with the safety bolt.
On the top rope cover, pull out the safety bolt and
fold the cover plate () up. Pull the snap hook
through and place the rope in the pulley. Then close
the cover plate () and lock in place with the safety
bolt. Hook the snap hook into the eyelet.
