Approved support structure in accordance with 2006/42/EC for the IKAR winch for loads
IKAR winch for loads (ALKO type 901) as a component:
The IKAR winch for loads (ALKO type 901 ) is
fastened on a leg using the IKAR 41-54 DWS
mounting bracket. To do so, mount the mounting
bracket () on the leg so that the operator can
operate the recover arm ergonomically and
comfortably. The correct clamping tension of
the mounting bracket is attained by the length
(45.8 mm) of the spacer sleeves supplied. The
tightening torque of the hexagon socket bolts of
quality class 8.8 M10x75 is 49 Nm. The safety
bar should be positioned corresponding to the
device size. The tightening torque of the cylinder
head screws of quality class 8.8 M8x40 is 20
Nm.
Insert the IKAR ALKO into the mounting bracket.
Secure the IKAR type ALKO 901 using spring
cotter pins.
Caution: Use only IKAR mounting brackets for
mounting. Only IKAR equipment should be installed
in IKAR mounting brackets.
