Preparing readiness for use
IKAR tripod
Set up tripod vertically ().
Fold legs outwards, pressing in the locking pin ( + ) to do so.
Swivel leg outward until you hear it engage. Do the same with the other two
legs. Ensure that the tripod is aligned vertically. To position the individually
extendible legs at the corresponding height, first unlock the safety bolt using
your thumb () and pull it out. Extend the leg to the desired length and then
secure with safety bolt. Do the same with the other two legs. The legs can be
extended to different lengths to compensate for unevenness in the ground. Then
align and set up the tripod. Make sure the set-up is stable. For disassembly,
reverse the steps.

Folding rubber feet are mounted for optimal
adjustment to the circumstances and surface.
A horizontal position () is recommended for
hard and solid surfaces. A vertical position
standing on the tip is recommended for softer
surfaces (), as this prevents the tripod from
sliding.
